This policy explains how Meridian Software Solutions LLC ("Meridian", "we", "us") handles information through our website, meridiansoftwaresolutions.com, and the mobile games and apps we publish on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Information you give us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you.
Our games and apps. Our games and apps are designed to work without an account and without collecting personal information such as your name, address, or contacts. Game progress and settings are stored on your device. If a specific app needs to collect any additional data, its App Store or Google Play listing and its in-app notice will say what is collected and why, and this policy will be updated.
Technical data. Like most online services, our hosting provider and the app stores may automatically process basic technical information, such as IP address, device type, operating system, and crash reports, to deliver, secure, and improve the service.
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which may log basic request data for security and performance. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. The small demo game on our home page saves your best score only in your own browser.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We rely on trusted providers to run our services, including Apple, Google, and Cloudflare. Purchases made in our apps are processed by Apple or Google; we never see your payment card details. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.
Our games may appeal to a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, email us. You can also delete an app at any time to remove the data it stores on your device.
We may update this policy as our games and apps change. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
